By using co-doku ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
co-doku is a Sudoku game with solo, cooperative, and competitive play. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
A guest account is created automatically on first launch. You may sign in with Apple or Google to keep progress across devices. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, use offensive display names, or attempt to disrupt the service (including automated access or interference with multiplayer sessions). We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.
The app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ad personalization is governed by your device settings and the choices described in our Privacy Policy.
The app, including its puzzles, design, and code, is owned by the developer. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal entertainment.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (zero for the free version).
These terms may be updated; the effective date above will change when they are. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
